Metacam for dogs is an oral suspension drug is non-steroidal and anti-inflammatory. It is widely used for treating inflammation and pain in dogs over six weeks of age. Metacam is also used for treating fever. This drug works well as it helps in reducing the count of hormones that causes inflammation and pain in the body of the pet.
This drug is available in different quantities like 10 ml, 32 ml, 100 ml or 180 ml dropper bottles. These bottles contain 1.5mg/ml and 15ml dropper bottle contains 0.5mg/ml. Prescription from the veterinarian is a must.
